Pekerjaan Jasa Konsultansi Pembuatan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-Syarat (RKS) dan Engineering Estimate (EE) perbaikan Quay Container Crane JICT, dengan persyaratan : Perusahaan Konsultan atau Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi, Bidang : Management Teknik / sejenis yang telah mendapat ijin yang berwenang dan mempunyai pengalaman jasa konsultansi penyusunan spesifikasi teknis pengadaan/perbaikan Quay Container Crane minimal 3 (tiga) kali dalam kurun 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir dengan bukti kontrak.
The scope of the repair should cover but not limited to:
- Geometric survey of the whole crane structure, especially on boom/girder alignment, gantry alignment and the relationship between the two.
- Proposal of structure repair/refurbishment to correct boom and girder misalignment. Realignment to the trolley frame to match trolley rail alignment
- Replacement proposal of the trolley rail and wheels and rail fixing system
- Repair proposal of the gantry system from lower sill beam to bogie system for all four corners to correct gantry system misalignment
- Identification of the cracking at fractured critical areas/weld joints and proposal of repair method.
- Repair/refurbishment options
